Team Foundation_1.CMMI Process

I use Microsoft Team Foundation as a tool for tracking Requirement, Change Request, Issue and Risk. It like JIRA.
I choose CMMI process to manage projects because CMMI is fine for manage detail and attach documents. Also, I can propose CMMI project management to understand and work together.

Team Foundation_2.Dash board

Project dashboard.
From my example, I can design a dashboard to see project's overview as I want to monitor in part of software development project.
I can track open requirements and active bugs by sprint.
Also, I can track all requirements, issues and risks.

Benefit:

1. Easy for monitoring.
2. It is the good report for presentation to my client and my upper management level.
   - I send this report to my client by biweekly.
   - I send this report to my management level by weekly.
       If a project is an urgent schedule or critical, I will send this report 2 times a week.
3. If I want to see detail, I can click the hyperlink.
4. It can show graph, summary and counting number of your interesting area.

Incidents.

From my example, I can design dashboard of maintenance project by yearly and monthly.

Benefit:

1. Easy for monitoring.
2. It is the good report for presentation to my customer and my upper management level.
   - I send this report to my client by monthly.
   - I send this report to my management level by monthly. If any incidents are urgent or critical, I will send at properly time.
3. If I want to see detail, I can click the hyperlink.
4. It can show graph, summary and counting number of your interesting area.
